In "The One On The Last Night," Chandler invents a game called "Cups" to give Joey money. I was just noticing that the information in the article for this game is almost entirely based on guesses (and there's literally a sentence in the lead paragraph admitting so). I feel like articles shouldn't be based on guesses, so my proposal is that we rewrite this article to list only the rules explicitly showcased. Since the game was made up on the spot by Chandler, there are no real rules anyway, and anyone who wants to play this game in real life can make up their own house rules.

Another what if... Well, David Schwimmer's directing career took off with the Since You've Been Gone movie which came out in 1998, and he started directing several Friends episodes in Season 6, but here's a thought... What if he started directing Friends episodes a little earlier, maybe beginning from Season 4?

Some season 4 and 5 episodes which I think that David Schwimmer would obviously direct:

1. The One With the Cuffs (Ross was barely in this episode)

3. The One With Joey's Bag

Today I've entered one of the sites where we can watch shows and movies online and I've seen there that Friends had 14 seasons (obviously it's a mistake done by the site admin or user), and it got me thinking... What if the show HAD 14 seasons?

Chandler and Rachel knew each other years back in highschool and college but why didn't they recognize each other in the bar (new york)? Also Monica met Rachel and introduced her to chandler as if she barely knew her.

After reading one thought on a Facebook post, I had a thought... What if the Ross/Rachel breakup took place at the end of season 3/the beginning of season 4 instead of in the middle of season 3? (well, Ross would still get together with Emily in season 4) Maybe the Ross/Rachel storyline in the second half of season 3 would've been different, but still dramatic enough to bring it to the end. These thoughts aren't only mine, some other people also obviously think the same.

Hello, I've just become a fan of the show when I started watching it in January. I've only got as far as "The one after the Super Bowl, part 2" and I was introduced to this wiki through the recently left .balladofanelli, who was also on the Taylor Swift wiki, which I joined in August 2024. My favourite characters are Chandler (his dry sense of humour) and Monica, and I am also into public transit, game shows (especially Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?), and the music of Taylor Swift.

About Phoebe reminding Ross about his coat when he actually didn't have one in this episode, I think that she had a reason to make him think that. Apparently Ross seems to be forgetful about some things (like a coat) when something Rachel-related (maybe a fight) comes up. In TOW Tiny T-Shirt, Ross was wearing a coat when he stopped at Joey and Chandler's place on his way to Rachel's and obviously left it there when he went to Rachel's, and when he left with his stuff after the fight with Rachel, he left his coat behind. And in the previous episode, Ross had a coat in his hand when he arrived at the party and put it on the chair and, after Ross left after yelling at Rachel for not getting a goodbye from her, his coat was still on the same chair (and Erica was sitting on this chair when she was in labor). What do you think?

I am bothered by Phoebe and Monicas indiskretion in this episode.

One thing is telling your friends about your lovers' fantasies in bed - but letting them make fun of your lover because of it is simply not okay I think.

In this case - Monica is the lovers' sister... and not only is it kinda weird that Rachel told her about her brothers' sex fantasy. It's weird for Ross and Monica that she makes fun of him.

I wonder how Rachel would have felt if the tables were turned and she found out that Ross had told his friends about her sexual fantasies and they then made fun of her for it.

I just think it gets played a little too casual.

Is it necessary to have two different pages for Phoebe's songs? "Phoebe's songs" gives the lyrics while "List of Phoebe Buffay's songs" just gives the titles and episode they first appeared in. I think it would be easier to combine the two and just have a lyrics heading with buttons that expand to show the lyrics and then remove them or just a simple tabber. I can start working on it now if you want!

I'd like to share some thoughts about Rachel's hairstyles from the show's first and last four seasons. I think that there are some similarities (although I may be wrong).

Season 1 - Season 7: Rachel has long hair in the first few episodes, but then they're cut short (in season 1, not only Rachel's hair was cut short, but also they became that iconic haircut)

Season 2 - Season 8: Well, there aren't really similarities and Rachel's hair in season 2 was still short along with the haircut, but her hair started to grow out of that haircut in the last few episodes, and in season 8 her hair grew into mid-length.

Season 3 - Season 9: Rachel's hair became long again and a little darker.

Season 4 - Season 10: Rachel's hair still long, but a little lighter.

It’s said that Frank and Alice have an age gap of 26 years. On Alice’s page, she was born between October 1951 and 1952. Adding to that, Frank would be born on October 25, 1977 or 1978. Should I update his page or not?
