Elizabeth Ann Guttman (born September 11, 1961) popularly known as E.G. Daily and sometimes Elizabeth Daily, is an American voice actor. Her most memorable roles are that of Tommy Pickles in the Nickelodeon classic Rugrats and Buttercup in the Cartoon Network classic The Powerpuff Girls.
