Gail Susan Mancuso (born July 14, 1958) is an American film and television director. She is known for her prominent television directing work, rising from early roles on Roseanne to directing notable episodes of series such as Friends, Dharma and Greg, Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place, as well as later projects including Rules of Engagement, 30 Rock, and Scrubs. Her acclaimed contributions to Modern Family earned her 2 Emmy Awards for the episodes "Slow Down Your Neighbors" and "Arrested". She expanded into feature films with her directorial debut on the movie A Dog's Journey.
