Jeffery Lynn "Jeff" Goldblum is an American actor. His career began in the mid-1970's and he has appeared in major box-office successes including The Fly, Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park: The Lost World, and Independence Day. He was born on Oct. 22, 1952. He is 62 years old. He is 6'4". Currently, his spouse is Emilie Livingston.

Goldblum plays a famous actor (on the show) named Leonard Hayes, recognised by Joey, Monica and Rachel as being on a telephone commercial with a monkey that Hayes claims he wasn't 'selling out' for by taking the role. Hayes is directing and starring in a play that Joey auditions for and offers him somewhat confusing acting advice so that Joey can have another attempt at the audition. Joey succeeds in his second audition due to his dire need to visit the bathroom making Joey display character traits he's after in the production. On the call-back Joey gets the role but as he rushes off to the bathroom Hayes seeks to congratulate him Joey cannot hold it anymore and 'relaxes'... as also advised by Hayes.
