Joanna Gleason portrayed Kim, one of Rachel's bosses at Ralph Lauren Corporation.

Gleason, the daughter of Let's Make a Deal host Monty Hall, has had many television and film roles, but is best known as a stage and musical theater actress, having won a Tony award for her portrayal of The Baker's Wife in the 1988 Broadway production of Into the Woods.

Her film credits include roles in Mr. Holland's OpusBoogie Nights, and the Woody Allen films Hannah and Her Sisters and Crimes and Misdemeanors, in which she played the wife of Allen's character. On television, Gleason has appeared in The Good WifeBlue Bloods, and Love & War.

Joanna Gleason married Chris Sarandon Jr. in 1994 who was the first husband of Susan Sarandon who also appeared in Friends (season 7).
