"Joey and the House" is the first episode of the second season of Joey.
Plot[]
Joey and Alex are discovered in bed together by Gina and Michael. Gina gets hired by Bobbie as second assistant. Bobbie pushes the writers of Deep Powder and causes Joey's character to be killed off. Michael plays along when Jenna mistakes him for Joey.

- The episode's plot is similar to the Friends episode "The One Where Dr. Ramoray Dies" where Dr. Drake Ramoray is killed off of Days of our Lives by falling down an elevator shaft after Joey brags to an interviewer about writing his own lines.
