This unnamed woman is the ex-wife of Joshua Burgin.
She is mentioned only in "The One With Rachel's Crush" (S4E13) where she has gotten divorced from Joshua and Joshua tells Rachel that she burned all of his clothes and Joshua got away with two things: A suit and what turned out to be a skirt.
