Julia Fiona Roberts (born October 28, 1967) is an American actress and producer.
She became a Hollywood star after her role as Vivian Ward in the 1990s comedy Pretty Woman in which she starred alongside famous actor Richard Gere. They would later star together nine years later in another movie called Runaway Bride.
Her many roles after this have included Tinker Bell in Hook, Julianne Potter in My Best Friend's Wedding, Anna Scott in Notting Hill, Tess Ocean in Ocean's Eleven and it's sequel Ocean's Twelve, Joanne Herring in Charlie Wilson's War, Patty Fenn in Money Monster and Isabel Pullman in Wonder.
Julia was the highest paid actress in most of the 1990s and early 2000s. She has won three Golden Globe Awards, been nominated for four Academy Awards and won the Academy Award for Best Actress in 2000 for her titular role in the film Erin Brockovich.
