Laraine Newman played Mrs. Buffay, the second wife of Phoebe's father Frank Sr. and father to Frank Jr, half-brother to Phoebe in "The One With The Bullies".
Laraine Newman (born March 2, 1952 in Los Angeles) is a comedian, actress, voice artist, writer and editor. Lorraine was part of the original cast of Saturday Night Live (SNL). Among her television and film credits are St. Elsewhere, The Fairly Oddparents, Whats New Scooby-Doo?, As Told by Ginger, and Monsters.
