Nervous Male Passenger, as his name indicates, is a nervous passenger that sits next to Rachel on her flight to Paris in "The Last One, Part 2".
When Rachel gets a phone call from Phoebe claiming there is something wrong with the plane's left phalange, he makes a commotion, causing the other passengers to follow suit and get off the plane as well. His actions delay the plane long enough for Ross to reach Rachel in time and profess his love for her. The Nervous Male Passenger is last seen dubiously boarding the plane as Ross speaks privately with Rachel.
