Randall is a Las Vegas casino employee whom Joey thinks is his "identical hand" twin. Randall was portrayed by Thomas Lennon in "The One In Vegas" parts 1 and 2.
Joey believes they're going to make a lot of money performing as identical twins, but Randall is skeptical and finds Joey annoying, at the end even asking security to throw him out of the casino.

Thomas Lennon made an appearance in "Friends: The Reunion". Matt LeBlanc was asked to guess among 3 pairs of hands which ones belonged to his identical hand twin. Matt LeBlanc was successful.
