The tenth season of Friends aired from September 25, 2003 to May 6, 2004 on NBC in the US and is the very last of the series. It is the shortest season of Friends, only having 18 episodes as opposed to the usual 24.
Season summary
Joey and Rachel try to contend with Ross's feelings about them being together. However, consummating the relationship becomes disastrous, and they decide to remain friends.
Ross hopes to obtain a research grant from Benjamin Hobart, who happens to be Charlie Wheeler's ex-boyfriend. Charlie realizes that she is still in love with Benjamin and returns to him.
Monica and Chandler meet Erica, a birth mother from Ohio. Erica gives birth to twins in the series finale. Monica and Chandler move out of their apartment and into the suburbs.
Phoebe and Mike get married towards the end of the season.
