Stryker Ramoray was the in-universe fictional twin brother of Dr. Drake Ramoray from the show Days of our Lives. Joey was offered the part, but he would have had to audition for the part, which he refused to do. They gave the role of Stryker to someone else, instead Joey gets back the role of Drake Ramoray, who was in a coma at the time.
