Terry is a casting director who appeared in "The One With Rachel's Assistant". He is played by Michael Kagan.

Terry worked as the casting director for Days Of Our Lives. He invited Joey to the studio for casting at the role of Stryker Ramoray, but Joey felt offended that he should go through the casting and he refused to do it. When he lost the role in Mac and C.H.E.E.S.E., Terry helped Joey to gain the role of Dr. Drake Ramoray at least (as Striker was already cast by a different actor) as Joey apologized for his behavior and asked for help.
