Please don't remove facts from the articles and don't add fiction, wishes or speculations about the likelihood of these. There is no reliable in-universe reference for Ross and Rachel either getting married or even staying together after the day depicted in The Last One.

We can only be sure about what we can see or hear in an episode -- when it is clear and not vague. I can be sure that nowhere in the episodes there is any reliable, unambiguous reference of what happened after the last episode -- if you think that you have one, I'll show you that it is vague, ambiguous and unreliable, or that it is not in-universe so it is not a fact from the story but a trivia opinion from our, real world. We cannot label an external opinion as cannon truth.
In addition, in-universe there are certain patterns which consistently repeat themselves throughout the years, including to the last few episodes, and these are patterns of Ross and Rachel breaking up a day or two after they got together, every single time. There are patterns of consistent lack of trust, lack of understanding, lack of support, and lack of respect between these 2. These are not vague and not external opinions, you can see for yourself inside many episodes. And when you really do, you start highly doubting the viability of such a toxic relationship.
But this wiki strives to be the most complete Friends reference, so whether you believe they broke up as usual, or that they married one another, or that they married different people (happened before), or that a dinosaur fell on Ross and crushed him to death, is irrelevant. Here we must label as in-universe fact what we actually know from an episode. We must label as trivia an opinion by notable actors or producers, not as cannon truth, and that goes in the Trivia section not in the infobox labels or in the plots.
Also, Jennifer Aniston was not joking when she said they were on a break and they see other people, she was very serious. This was a carefully planned marketing coup, to enrage people in order to create a buzz about her new social media account and about the upcoming streaming platform. That is notable, and has its place in the Trivia sections.
Can we agree that Jennifer Aniston is an actress who only repeats lines written by someone else (the writers)? I think yes. In that case, whatever she says is irrelevant to the fictional universe. But as I sad, relevant to the Trivia sections. Also, she said this in order to enrage us (the fans) in order to promote the new streaming service, that is, she did it for the money (ours).
Can we agree that Rachel is a fictional character that doesn't exit in real life? I think yes. In that case, only official episodes that we actually watch show what happens in the fictional universe. When there is a Friends continuation, and I hope some time soon, we'll know more, until then we only know that they got back together for one day.
Finally, you are free to believe in whatever absurdities you like, but I will not allow labeling such absurdities as in-universe facts.
